Giving back, and looking to the future

I think we can all agree that 2020 was a very different kind of year. However, we’re proud to share that Fusion Alliance was still able to volunteer both time and money for nonprofits in the areas where we work and live. Giving is not just something that’s nice to do — it’s part of our mission statement and values.  

At Fusion, we are passionate about creating superior value for our clients, fostering growth opportunities for our employees, and improving the lives of those in our communities. 

The Community Involvement Committee tracked giving through Pinkaloo, our workplace giving platform, to make donation management as simple as possible. In total, our employees, employer matching efforts, and corporate giving supported 228 nonprofits, a record-breaking year for us. But beyond money, our employees also gave their time. In total, our employees logged more than 235 hours volunteering in 2020. Though volunteering opportunities were rather limited this past year, we are excited at the hope of doing more later in 2021.  

Through our collective efforts, we were able to give back in a year where it was much needed. To our employees, thank you all for your generosity and dedication to serving our mission and having a positive impact on our communities!
